Hershey park was a blast with the family...cousins went on storm runner HAHA!!!!

Umm...I'm gonna start working out more and start my whole protein diet again....i still eat a lot of crap and drink soda....but i'm throwing in a protein shake at least once a day.  supposed to get 150+ grams of protein a day hehe

got my weight set too...so thats pretty sweet...

been thinking...and yes i'm gonna compete next year in all the lifting competetions i can...YAY!!  last years were pretty fun so why not?

Weight gainers are too expensive so i'm not taking any of those...haha although i heard they work.............................go figure

Ummm.........gonna start running agian soon....hopefully i can run with B.K.

other than that......nothing has really been going on............

Well someone yelled at me to update....so haha I guess I can donate 5 minutes. 

Been spending a lot of time up at caseys since hes my bro and all...been hanging out with cody and brandon some too (crazy kids).  Been slacking on the lifting and running but whats new.  I'm lazy this summer.  Also...interesting story lol...

I was at caseys last night and got a call at 5:49 pm...my mom called and said something happened to the dog...he was down in the woods whining and stuff...and she couldnt get to him because he was in a ton of brush.  Well I was out the door at 5:50 and home by 6:03. seems like a normal drive huh?...well it usually takes me 20-25 minutes to get to his house...so I was pulling some hazzard county driving in the ol general.....haha...anyways i got home and ran down and he was friggin in a groundhog hole (hes an 80lb dog lol...) from his butt to his front shoulders...so my dad was there a whole 30 seconds before i was and we started to dig him out.  My mom had me scared shitless the way she talked on the phone...but i got there and i was really relieved he was ok... the whole way home i was thinking something really bad happened...so i was laughing when i saw him in the hole.  Anyways we got him out and hes perfectly fine...THANK GOD!  so that was my interesting night last night. 

Today i got up...got my senior pictures taken...i hate them because we have to pose and put on our fake little smiles and try to look happy...HAHA RIGHT!!! 

now...my mom and i just got done working on the deck...shes going to get a pressure washer and were gonna clean the deck up some for painting and putting spindles on...

I was outside last night and I realized I really need to get a routine back.  Since school let out I havn't been lifting or running...and I feel like crap.  Plus, I really need to get a job...I need money really bad...so lots of good stuff going on lately. 

Tomorrow I'm going with the Army recruiter to take my ASVAP and see what I score.  I was told I'd probably score an 80-85 considering my practice score.  Yeah I think I'm gonna finish college before I join anything...and then I'm sure I'm joining the USMC... Sempre Fi!!

Alright well I'm bored and out of stuff to write about since my life is all so interesting

Update time haha

Lately I've changed some things around and so far its been a slow climb uphill.  I guess as much as I usually fear it, change can be a good thing. 

I'm starting to get a little more confidence and I think I might have a chance to find something or someone to pull me out of this rut.  If I'm thinking like I am...I hope I give it enough time to develop, but don't wait too long to take that chance...

Fair last night was pretty fun.  Casey and Niki are back together which I'm glad to see, it was so odd not seeing them together.  And I met up with some people I havn't seen in forever like Cassie and Brit King.  It was a really relaxed night, spent half the night with Cassie talking and catching up...one of the only people I can really say anything too and not get judged or talked about.  Hi Cassie ...  And I got to talk to Brittney King for a bit which was nice...only if I got to talk to a while longer .  And of course the rest of the crew was up there...I mean PeCo is so big it's hard not to see people. 

Last night was at B. Lowes....all I can say is it was pretty fun lol

Tonight I'm going up to the ol NB fair/carnival/thinger...so I hope to see everyone up there again since I seriously miss a lot of people.

Ahhh i'm sitting here at home.  Think i'm gonna head for a shower, but i decided to drop on here quick.  Last few days have been kinda lame, yesterday my dad and i went to a car auction.  We didn't stay for the auction so it wasn't really boring.  Walked around the lot checked out what they had...drooled over an 06 mustang gt...haha.  Worst part was getting up at 6:30 to go...but yeah...i'll suck it up. 

I'm kinda in the mood to watch a good romantic movie...sadly i don't have anything so i'm gonna go scan the tube while i finish listen to Brad Paisley's "The World"

Ohh yeah last night was great too...i talked to brit king for 2 1/2 hours on the phone....yeah...WOW... i seriously think thats a record for me and if not...its damn close

After that i went outside and layed on the front deck.  Night sky was great....spent some time pondering on a few new things and then zoned off for a while....best night in a very long time...I LOVED IT
